View of The Day: 22986 UBS-Tencents Call

On 10 Jun, Tencents (700) was dumbed by investment funds and the price had come down significantly and below any indicators you see. Ideally we should buy 22986 on 10 Jun and take profit the next day (+11%). If you look at 700's STC, RSI and MACD, you note that the first two are changing direction whereas the latter was deep under water - which can indicate a rebound is to come. Based on this, I recommend buying 22986 tomorrow and take a short time frame of 1 or 2 days - we may still catch up with the rebound - though it could be weak. Remember to cut loss within 15% down.
